My SAD mate

Throughout all my downswings i have constantly talked to my mate at work and we constantly talk the talk about bankroll management and how to be patient etc etc.
Well i have not seen my mate the last couple of weeks as i have been off, but I always see what tables he is playing on to see how he is getting on.

Well i gotta shame him (although wont name him!), he is meant to playing $0.05/$0.10 or $0.10/$0.25 and hasnt got the bankroll for anything else. Three days ago i caught him sitting on a $0.5/$1 table and subsequently tried to urge him off the table in the chat, unfortunately i was ignored!!. However last night i caught him again, and he probably didnt know i was watching.

Here is a hand that shows playing way above yr bankroll can turn you into a right fish and end up losing a months profit in one silly hand.



I tried to get a hand replayer to work but couldnt so i will describe the fishiness

Pre-Flop the button raised to $4.50 to which my mate called (fair enough with 66)
Flop. My mate opened with a $10 bet (fair enough again i suppose bluff to take down the pot there and then, but fold to any resistance)
The other player folds and the btn raises to $30
Here it is an insta-fold but for some reason my mate min raises to $50...WTF
The btn insta-shoves all-in and instead of only wasting half his stack my mate calls for the rest of his stack.
The turn is a 6h which gives villain the nut flush and my mate the chance of scabbing a full house that doesnt happen on the river and never will when you are playing shite well above your bankroll.
The button was gob-smacked as my mate instantly left the table, and the btn even typed WTF in the chat obviously as bemused as me.

I know you will read this mate (although i aint named ya, you know who you are), WTF are you doing after all we talked about.....wait until i get back into work LOL.

Yesterday i dropped two buy-ins and insta dropped down a level (following my bankroll challange rules) back to $0.10/$0.25. (arent i a smug tw*t).
