OMG i am getting so pissed off with poker. I sit for hours and hours and play well only to be screwed and end up down.
Playing a solid aggressive game at the moment and am just getting nowhere. My bankroll is at $290 (even though i have had $220 in rakeback this month) because i am down about $30 playing tornys and $120 in cash.
The cash games i have gotten greedy in and moved to a 10 buy-in rule and got raped at NL$25 missing every race and getting 2 and 3 outered. So i have gone back to NL$10 and a 20 buy-in rule which i need to stick to. It really is a fooking joke. Also no more tornys apart from freerolls with FPPS and any torny tokens i win.
Any notion of making (withdrawing) any profit from poker is a long way off and its gonna take a serious grind/load of work to get my bankroll up to a decent level. I think it will have to be about $5k before i make any withdrawls and at the moment that is miles away. I need to stick to a 20 buy-in rule as i cannot afford to bust this roll coz i aint really got any more money to finance poker with at the moment.
The training and diet is going well at the moment but the urge for a McDonalds or a pizza/donar kebab takeway is growing stronger all the time. (like smack to druggie LOL).

ive been reading our blog the past yr or so , and i have to say , u dont have any discipline , u are always changing ur bankroll mgmt rules , playing diff games , etc , and then blaming bad luck etc , u gotta stick with what works , im a fellow blogger and a semi professional , and ive been in ur shoes , plenty of times , and in a way i still am , u gotta stick to bankroll mgmt , and most important u gotta play ur A game , if ur not feeling ur best then dont play , if ur AA get sucked out on and ur gonna spew after then just stop playing , a famous player once said , ppl eat like a bird and shit like an elephant , when u win its small and sometimes u finish playing early bec u want to book a win , but when u lose its a lot ...... pkr is one huge game , dont be sidetracked with results , just play good , try not looking at ur cashier for a few days or sessions and just focus on getting ur money in as a favorite ,
Some decent advice there from Blog post although there are that many commas I nearly passed out because I couldn;t take a fkin breath!
Just stick to it mate, you definately have the game. Have you changed anything in your style of play?
It's really hard to start at the bottom and work up, but those that manage tend to go further IMO because they have instilled the discipline into their game from the start.

Can't help but agree with the first post. You seem to have found the nack of convincing yourself that todays strategy is always better than yesterdays new plan.

Blog post yr exactly right m8, deep down i know all this i just struggle with the discpline. Good to hear it from someone else looking in though.
I defo convince myself todays strategy is better than yesterdays plan. I dont think i have stuck to excactly the same thing for a couple of days in over a year!!!
