Tilted by a fly!!!!!

 

Its 00.45hrs and i am trying to play a late night poker session, its nice and peacefull, i have got Classic FM playing in the background and  i am about a buy-in up in profit so all is good.  Well nearly everything. Half an hour ago i was disturbed by what was to become (and still is at the time of writing) my arch night-time nemisis.....a frickin big annoying horse-fly thing.

The fucker first came to my attention when it buzzed right next to my face making me jump which made me miss click on a table ( i think i folded QQ preflop DOH).  Shortly after the cheeky little bastard then lands on my screen, i try and hit it with my hand and end up missing and catching the "not so funny" bone in my elbow which causes me to miss even more hands.

I cant take it anymore and sit out on all my tables, i roll up a newspaper and stand still in the quiteness of the night waiting for the little c*nt to show itself, five minutes in and after a few skirmishes i have a better plan. Turn off all the lights, open the back door and let it fly away......five minutes later i think it has worked!!!  I come back into the house, shut the door and put the lights back on only to see it sat above my head on the ceiling, at this point i am sure it is laughing at me. BANG, i go for the kill.....but miss......doh its flying around again.......land you little fricker..........

I cant start another session (of poker, or anything else!!!!)  until i know its dead so i am going to go and stake it out.
